Further, we have also onboarded Gulrez Alam, who has over 20 years of relevant experience in ad tech and is our Chief Revenue Officer for India and emerging markets.&lt;/li&gt; 
  &lt;li&gt;Affle’s global rollout of AI powered strategic initiatives will continue to be anchored by Viraj Sinh, who has been a key leader at Affle for almost 14 years and is our Chief Strategic Initiatives Officer.&lt;/li&gt; 
  &lt;li&gt;As part of the leadership evolution, our Co-founder and Director – Anuj Kumar, who will complete 20 years with Affle on 5th April, 2026 and has been based in Europe for the last 4 years, has decided to transition from all his executive and non-executive roles in the company and its subsidiaries/ step down subsidiaries effective April 16, 2026. The decision is personal in nature and Kumar will continue to serve in his current role through FY2026 to ensure a smooth and structured transition, including completion of the ongoing business cycle, support for FY2027 planning and an orderly handover. Kumar will continue to be closely associated with Affle as its largest individual shareholder as on date and does not currently intend to pursue other executive roles.&lt;/li&gt;

EBITDA stood at INR 163.0 crore, an increase of 24.1% y-o-y. EBITDA margin was at 22.7% in Q3 FY2026, an increase of 89 basis points on a y-o-y basis. PAT increased by 19.1% y-o-y to INR 119.3 crore despite lower other income. This growth was broad-based coming across India &amp;amp; International markets.&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;In 9M FY2026, consolidated revenue from operations stood at INR 1,984.9 crore, an increase of 19.3% y-o-y. EBITDA was at INR 448.9 crore, an increase of 28.5% y-o-y and EBITDA margin stood at 22.6%, an increase of 163 basis points on a y-o-y basis. PAT increased by 20.3% y-o-y to INR 335.3 crore and PAT margin expanded to 16.4% versus 16.0% in 9M FY2026.&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;The CPCU business noted strong momentum delivering 12.0 crore converted users in Q3 FY2026 taking the total converted users delivered in 9M FY2026 to 33.6 crore. The CPCU revenue stood at INR 713.6 crore in Q3 FY2026, an increase of 19.6% y-o-y. The top industry verticals for the company continued their strong momentum, helping it register a robust growth anchored on the CPCU business model along with an operating margin expansion on both y-o-y and q-o-q basis.&lt;/p&gt;

 &lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Affle reported robust performance for Q2 FY2026 with a consolidated revenue from operations of INR 646.7 crore, an increase of 19.1% y-o-y from revenue of INR 542.9 crore in Q2 last year. EBITDA stood at INR 146.1 crore, an increase of 28.9% y-o-y. EBITDA margin was at 22.6% in Q2 FY2026, an increase of 172 basis points on a y-o-y basis. PAT increased by 20.1% y-o-y to INR 110.5 crore from INR 92.0 crore in Q2 last year. This growth was broad-based coming across India &amp;amp; International markets.&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;In H1 FY2026, consolidated revenue from operations stood at INR 1,267.5 crore, an increase of 19.3% y-o-y. EBITDA was at INR 285.8 crore, an increase of 31.2% y-o-y and EBITDA margin stood at 22.6%, an increase of 205 basis points on a y-o-y basis. PAT increased by 21.0% y-o-y to INR 216.0 crore and PAT margin expanded to 16.5% versus 16.0% in H1 last year.&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;The CPCU business noted strong momentum delivering 10.9 crore converted users in Q2 FY2026, an increase of 15.0% y-o-y and taking the total converted users delivered in H1 FY2026 to 21.6 crore. The CPCU Revenue stood at INR 631.9 crore in Q2 FY2026. The top industry verticals for the company continued their strong momentum, helping it register a robust growth anchored on the CPCU business model along with an operating margin expansion on both y-o-y and q-o-q basis.&lt;/p&gt;
