Assistant Manager/Manager- Enterprise Sales
Experience: 3-5years Gurgaon

Roles & Responsibilities

  • 3-5years of experience in IT services industry
  • 2+years of experience in outbound sales activities
  • Having experience of 3+ years in carrying a quota sales target
  • Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell Affle's services and product.
  • Create, maintain and update the database of customers with complete information and emails on the company's CRM tool.
  • New client acquisition through outbound channels such as email, cold calls, using social media platform.
  • Record outbound call history and customers response in detail.
  • Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
  • Refer to customers’ needs or inquiries to appropriate departments like pre-sales, delivery etc.
  • Market Research to develop warm leads
  • Make outgoing calls to potential prospects to schedule high-quality calls and generate a requirement 
  • Possess strong knowledge of Affle's products and services to identify customer needs when qualifying them. 
  • Send MOM after each client/prospect calls. 
  • Demonstrate an aptitude for sales, be able to ask for the next meeting and up-sell additional products or services to increase customer satisfaction and revenue. 
  • Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external stakeholders.
