Roles & Responsibilities
- 3-5years of experience in IT services industry
- 2+years of experience in outbound sales activities
- Having experience of 3+ years in carrying a quota sales target
- Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell Affle's services and product.
- Create, maintain and update the database of customers with complete information and emails on the company's CRM tool.
- New client acquisition through outbound channels such as email, cold calls, using social media platform.
- Record outbound call history and customers response in detail.
- Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
- Refer to customers’ needs or inquiries to appropriate departments like pre-sales, delivery etc.
- Market Research to develop warm leads
- Make outgoing calls to potential prospects to schedule high-quality calls and generate a requirement
- Possess strong knowledge of Affle's products and services to identify customer needs when qualifying them.
- Send MOM after each client/prospect calls.
- Demonstrate an aptitude for sales, be able to ask for the next meeting and up-sell additional products or services to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external stakeholders.
