Technical Lead
Experience: 6-8years Gurgaon

Requirement & Responsibilities

-> Architecture

  • Contribute to the development of the roadmap of the application
  • Align applications architecture priorities with long term technology roadmaps
  • Engage stakeholders to explain applications architecture
  • Provide advice on the creation of security standards from the application perspective
  • Support the evaluation and introduction of new technologies, platforms, products or vendors
  • Analyse requirements and change needs to inform architecture roadmap and/or framework decisions
  • Assess the impact of the change on the architecture of the application
  • Analyse gaps between the current and target applications architecture
  • Prepare business cases for the high-level initiative.

-> Coding

  • Must be writing high-quality code using object-oriented principles, with 100% unit and integration tests.
  • Experience in implementing Active Directory Service,  OAuth, SSO, LDAP, SAML
  • Hands-on experience with PHP/NodeJS/MEAN Stack and good to have experience with one or more technologies: Java, Go or Python.
  • Experience integrating with CRMs, ERPs etc using SOAP or REST.
  • Experience with code versioning tools like Github, Bitbucket.
  • Good to have experience with one or more databases: AWS RDS, AWS DynamoDB, MongoDB, Aerospike, Redis, AWS Redshift, Google Big Query, Elastic Search, Kafka, Firebase, MSSQL, PostgreSQL.

-> Core Development Practices

  • Define system-level applications architecture design
  • Define applications architectural quality standards, policies and principles, design and programming guidelines
  • Identify implementation risks and mitigation measures
  • Set software development and integration plans for different components
  • Define technology standards and best practices
  • Define software configuration controls
  • Make critical adjustments to the architecture of the application to ensure achievement of desired results

 -> Team Handling & Agile

  • Must have managed 15+ full-time engineers, experience working globally with 5+ years in roles of increasing responsibility and technical leadership
  • Mentoring junior engineers while optimizing application architecture
  • Must have experience in training and mentoring junior engineers with achievable goals
  • Often day to day primary point of contact with our clients
