Affle is committed to ensuring safe and transparent communication with candidates, partners, and the public.

Recently, we have been made aware of fraudulent messages, including WhatsApp and Telegram invitations, claiming to represent Affle Ltd. and offering paid tasks, job roles, or other opportunities. These messages are not from Affle.

To protect yourself, please review the information below on how Affle communicates officially.

How Affle Will Contact You (Official Channels)

Affle only communicates through the following verified channels:

1. Official Email Domains

We will only send emails from the following domains:

  • @affle.com
  • @appnext.com
  • @jampp.com
  • @revx.io
  • @youappi.com
  • @mediasmart.io

If you receive a message from any email address outside these domains, it is not from Affle.


2. Verified Company Platforms

Affle may communicate through its official online properties:

We do not use personal messaging apps to initiate recruitment or project tasks.


3. Recruitment Communication

All authentic recruitment processes follow these steps:

  • Contact from an @affle.com email address
  • Interview scheduling through official company calendars or verified HR contacts
  • No request for payments, deposits, or joining “task groups”
  • No hiring done via WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, Instagram, or other informal channels

Affle does not:

  • Offer paid tasks through WhatsApp or Telegram
  • Ask candidates to join messaging groups
  • Request money or fees during recruitment
  • Use agents or third parties to contact candidates on our behalf

What Affle Will NEVER Do

If you encounter any of the following, it is fraudulent:

  • WhatsApp or Telegram messages claiming job offers, paid tasks, or “quick earnings”
  • Messages from non-Affle numbers offering freelance reviewing tasks or “quick work”
  • Requests to join groups to complete tasks
  • Anyone claiming to be “HR from Affle” using a personal number
  • Messages sent from Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or other public email domains

Affle does not solicit payments, confidential information, or personal details via unsolicited calls, messages, emails, or social media communications.


If You Receive a Suspicious Message

If you receive any communication claiming to represent Affle that appears suspicious or fraudulent, do not respond, do not share any personal or financial information, and do not make any payments.

Report the message to: security@affle.com

Include:

  • Phone number of the sender
  • Message screenshots
  • Any links provided

This helps us take legal and preventive action.
