IT Infra Manager
Experience: 5-7years Gurgaon

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the purchasing and maintenance of IT related equipment

  • Optimise the costs of IT software and hardware, while ensuring flexibility in the system.

  • Provides technical support, troubleshoots and resolves simple technical issues, and responds to help requests.

  • Ensures systems operate in a manner that meets business needs and system improvements are successfully implemented.

  • Assists with implementing remedial actions in the event of system failures or breakdowns.

  • Identify and escalate complex issues to a higher level position.

  • Maximises service uptime, maintains system backups, manages service licensing and maintains security standards.

  • Required to be on standby with on-call availability with varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

  • Install computer hardware, repairs software and runs diagnostic programmes.

  • Develops and implements all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery.

  • Provides technical input into the design, deployment and operation of global IT Security management software and hardware devices including, but not limited to: Antivirus defense, Intrusion Detection, encryption systems, authentication and access control systems, network scanning and vulnerability assessment, etc.

  • Solid understanding of IIS, Active Directory and WSUS, SAML Authentication

  • Performs advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis of incidents of varying complexity related to Active Directory

Requirements

  • Must have at least 5+ years of total experience

  • Have at least 2-3 years of IT Administration

  • Experience in administering GSuite or Microsoft management is essential.

  • Cloud knowledge of AWS or GCP is essential

  • In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, including Firewalls (Paloalto firewall), VPNs, CDNs, Subnets, etc is required.

  • Knowledge in Linux based system is essential

  • He displays willingness to learn and is committed to providing service level excellence in everything that he does.

  • Exhibits excellent attention to detail and is meticulous in the execution of tasks assigned to him.

  • Have a passion for problem-solving and relishes the opportunity to take on new challenges.

  • Communicates effectively and displays high levels of service standards.

  • Principles of problem management throughout its lifecycle

  • Suggest relevant tools, processes and technologies to facilitate problem identification, investigation, analysis and resolution.

  • Problem investigation and diagnosis techniques and methodologies

  • Best practices and industry standards in documentation related to problem management

  • Understanding of ITIL and Agile is a plus.

  • Must have experience in Active Directory DS & LDS, FIM/MIM, GPO, Change Auditor, Recovery Manager, Azure AD Connect

  • Knowledge of distributed version control system
